TableForge – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TableForge waiting list, early-access programme, and any related services (“Services”). By signing up or using TableForge, you agree to these Terms.

1. About TableForge

TableForge is an application for managing tabletop miniatures, collections, armies, and gameplay data. The platform is currently in a beta/early-access phase and may be unstable. TableForge is not affiliated with Games Workshop or any other third-party IP owner.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must be located in the UK, EU, or US.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect your name, username, email, and images you upload. We may collect limited analytics data during early access.

4. Data Sharing

Your information may be shared with Google, Firebase, Glide Apps (pilot phase), and essential service providers. We do not sell personal data.

5. User Content (Images & Uploads)

By uploading content, you grant TableForge permission to store and display it inside the TableForge app only. You must own the rights to all content you upload.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Uploading copyrighted material without permission
• Scraping, bot usage, or attempting to disrupt the service
• Reverse engineering or exploiting the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All TableForge branding, code, UI design, artwork, and data models remain the property of TableForge.

8. Early Access & Beta Disclaimer

The platform may break, lose data, or be unavailable. Features may change or be removed at any time.

9. Suspension or Removal

We may remove users from the waiting list or deny access at our discretion.

10. In-App Purchases

Future paid features may be introduced. Refunds are only provided where required by law.

11. Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid (currently £0). We are not liable for loss of data, downtime, or indirect damages.

12. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You may request deletion of your entire account and all associated data by emailing us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

1. Who We Are

Your images are used exclusively within the TableForge app unless you give explicit permission for external use.

7. Data Retention

Your account and all data can be deleted upon request. Some minimal backup data may remain for security and compliance.

8. Your Rights

You may request access, deletion, correction, export, or withdrawal of consent by emailing us.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are for users 18+ only.

10. Security

We use standard technical measures, but beta software may involve risk such as data loss.

11. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the UK, EU, or US by our technology providers.

We may update this Privacy Notice as our service evolves.
