These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TableForge Limited (“TableForge”) app and any related services (together, the “Services”). By signing up or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services are for managing tabletop miniatures, collections, armies, and gameplay data, and sharing with the community. TableForge is not affiliated with Games Workshop or any other third-party Intellectual Property owner.
You must be 18 years or older.

By creating or uploading content, you grant TableForge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and adapt your content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, including in external channels (e.g. website, social media), unless you opt out by contacting us by email.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Examples of prohibited conduct:
All TableForge branding, code, design, artwork, and data models remain the property of TableForge.
We may remove content or users or deny access at our discretion, or as a result of violating these Terms, such as engaging in Prohibited Conduct.
Future paid features may be introduced. Refunds are only provided where required by law.
The Services may break, lose data, or be unavailable. Features may change or be removed at any time.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid (currently £0). We are not liable for loss of data, downtime, or indirect damages.
You may request deletion of your account and content from within the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time and as the Services evolve.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
